How we work with care providers
Set up an account with us and we'll handle ongoing instructions on a single PO. Whether it's a permanent installation, a short-term rental during recovery or an emergency repair on an inherited lift, you brief us once and we coordinate directly with the household and care team. We provide written quotes the same working day and a typed commissioning report after every install for your client file.
Servicing and breakdown contracts
Stairlifts in supported-living and residential settings often see heavier use than domestic lifts. We offer annual planned-preventative service contracts covering single properties or a portfolio, with priority same-day call-out for breakdowns. Engineers carry common spare parts on the van so most repairs are completed at first visit.
Short-term rental for new admissions
When a new resident or service-user arrives with a defined recovery window, our rental fleet means a stairlift can be installed within days and removed when no longer needed, with no minimum term. Rental costs are predictable and include all servicing, warranty and call-out cover — useful for budgeting against a care package or insurer.
Safeguarding and compliance
All engineers are directly employed, uniformed, DBS-checked on request and trained to BHTA Code of Practice standards. We carry £5m public liability insurance and provide RAMS on request for complex sites. Every visit ends with a written record and a photograph of the finished work.
